Will the event be cancelled due to weather challenges?
Pride by the Beach is an all weather event, rain or shine!
What are the Load in/Set Up Time & Procedure?
Exhibitor are suggested to enter venue on Tremont & entering Pier View Way through the signal. Exit on Ditmar.
No vehicles on Pier View Past 10am. NO EXCEPTIONS! Load is starts at 8am
How long do I have to be on site?
The hours for the event are from 11:00AM to 5:00PM. Exhibitor set up begins at 8:00AM.
Your booth should be operational by the start of the event.
When can I leave?
Tear down and clean up starts at 5:00PM and ends at 6:30PM.
Soft tear down allowed at 4:30PM as long as your booth remains fully operational.
Will you provide the booth set-up?
ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLE, CHAIRS AND CANOPY! Please make sure your canopy is safely secured. Those vendors needing power must provide their own generator. Booths should be pleasing to the eye, professional, and well maintained.
Can I make my booth whatever size I want?
Each space is limited to a 10ft x 10ft area. Please pay attention to your assigned location.
Can I drive on site during the event?
Vehicles are only allowed on the venue from 8:00PM to 10:00AM drop off and pick up only.
Vehicle must be moved prior to setting up. Vehicles are not allowed back on the venue until 5:20PM or
until the barricades are opened up by staff, this is to allow time for pedestrians to clear from the venue per Oceanside Police Department.
What about parking?
No parking in the venue during the event.
Can I have food to give out to the attendees?
Vendors cannot sell or give away alcoholic beverages. No Exceptions! No BBQ under the canopies.
Is there anything I can’t bring?
No glass containers allowed on the venue.
